- Resettlement costs and settlement allowances;.
- Lithuanian language courses and adaptation measures;
- Employment programmes, including job retention, support for requalification, and skills improvement.

- Support for the maintenance of returning deportees' children during summer camps and assistance for those studying at the Vilnius Lithuanian House.
- Information dissemination, public relations, and support for Lithuanian communities, conferences, and meetings (projects) related to the return of deportees.

- Consultations on the acquisition and rental of apartments for returnees who submitted applications and all required documents to the chosen municipality by 31 December 2009, based on housing lists in municipalities.

- Certificates of the legal status of a deportee – a person affected by the occupations, issued by the Genocide and Resistance Research Centre of Lithuania.
- The Migration Department of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania accepts applications for Lithuanian citizenship and provides information.
- Rehabilitation certificates are issued by the following Lithuanian law enforcement institutions:
- The Supreme Court of Lithuania (for persons repressed by judicial authorities).
- The Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Lithuania (for persons repressed out of court).
- The Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania (for deported persons).
- Regarding the admission of learners to the Vilnius Lithuanian House, please contact the Vilnius Lithuanian House directly. You can also obtain information about kindergartens and schools from the specific municipal administration where you intend to relocate and where the kindergarten and school are located.
- Regarding consular information and services (Lithuanian passports, visas, notarial actions, etc.), please contact your nearest Lithuanian diplomatic mission or consular institution.
- Jobseekers are also advised to apply and register at the territorial branches of the Employment Service under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Regarding calculation of length of service and pensions, please contact the State Social Insurance Fund Board under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour.
- To rent social housing or receive compensation for the rent or buyout of housing rent costs, please contact the municipal administration according to your declared place of residence. If you do not have a declared place of residence, contact the municipal administration where you are included in the list of persons without a declared place of residence.
- In order to ensure the implementation of support for people unable to receive qualified legal aid due to their social situation and to exercise their rights to judicial protection, such persons shall be provided with free legal aid.
